The protective case is perfect and no complaints however the screen protector didn't stick to my screen and has flicked off after a few days. Unsure whether this is the case with all or just a faulty product.

The case is fine. It's textured, which makes it easy to hold without dropping. The glass screen protector was useless. It never fit against the screen perfectly. It broke after 5 days, then collected dust between it and the screen so I ditched it.

Great case with great fit

The case fits the Mate 20 pro really well and looks good. It is not bulky and does have a good smooth feel. The front cover has a raised edge so protcts the screen edges. The only issue i had was it is a bit tricky to get lined up to fit. It did let me unstick then re-stick and a month later it is still holding great

When I bought this set I was very disappointed, I couldn't use my phone with this. But when I received second set, it was like totally different product, its fit very good, glass is on place all the time, screen responsive is very good - Almost perfect. I'm very happy with this. I don't know what was wrong with the first one, probably I had one with factory issues.

I didn't find it easy to add the glass screen protector and when I did fix it (following instructions), it didn't stick to the phone screen smoothly and some keys didn't work through the thickness of the glass.

Case is great, slim, looks good. Screen protector not so flash. Won't get perfect adhesion to screen (after cleaning, replacing protector a few times) so touch is very delayed and requires a push rather than a touch. Removed the protector and happy with the case
