I caused the problem
276796I was wxcited to receive my well priced glass protector. I read where it said "may not fit with phone case, but I tried...it said "may". It seemed to fit, but the screen sensitivity waa poor. So i pressed harder to make it fit and the protector cracked. I thought i wasted my money before i got a chance to use it. However, I removed the case, like I should have at first, and my cracked protector is doing its job beautifully.
