As usual I have turned to OLIXAR (Mobile Fun) to seek a replacement for a cracked screen protector. Without any further questions, and I told them the truth that I had inadvertently dropped my phone, and it had suffered a crack and splintered on one side, a replacement was despatched, but yet to be fitted. I have always found that OLIXAR (Mobile Fun) have been expedient and efficient - long may it last!

This is a lovely product. Application easy, felt gorgeous to the touch, assume offered good protection but.....Bought for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 , with under screen fingerprint sensor and sensor would not not work through it. Tried deleting fingerprint entered and introducing anew but no, sensor point through protector could not recognise my fingerprint, exhorting me to press harder! (which I did incidentally but to no avail). So, lovely, but in my case, not for my phone.

Followed instructions to the point where I needed to attach the glass to phone "sticky side down". It turns out that sticky side is an ugly round sticker patch, which although transparent, remains visible once attached. I removed it and cleaned the glass, but now remains to be seen if glass will come off.

The price is double what you pay elsewhere so I thought it would be a premium product.
I don't like that it doesn't provide full scree coverage, I've lost 2mm all the way around the screen.
I have only been using my phone for 2 weeks. I put the phone into the centre console in the car and next time I checked my phone the glass had cracked. There was a tiny impact area but it can't have been anything much. I guess I just hoped it was a better product.

I bought this based on the ease of application, cost and most importantly that it would still work with the fingerprint recognition on the Note 10. It has a thinner layer of glass and glue where the scanner is which means you can see a circle on the screen but I considered that a small price to pay to protect the screen, so in theory it should work. It didn't. I did increase the screen sensitivity as instructed too. However, after a couple of days it did on the odd occasion recognise my prints if I pressed exactly in the right place and with pressure. But, on the whole I consider that a fail.
It looks great, feels great, very easy to install and you can use it with most phone cases. But if you want to use the fingerprint recognition then Film protectors would probably be the way to go.
I did complain to Olixar and Mobilefun who wouldn't refund but they offered a replacement. I did ask if they could replace it with the Olixar film protectors but they didn't even though they are cheaper.

Purchased this for my Galaxy Note 10. Very easy to fit with clear instructions. Unfortunately not able to use fingerprint detector after fitting as screen did not seem to attatch to screen properly in detector area.
First time I dropped my phone the screen protector cracked and came off but it seemed to do what it was supposed to as my phone was undamaged. In that respect I was very pleased but in view of the ease at which it cracked and came off I cannot make my mind up as to whether I can wholly recommend its purchase
