This product is very good and meets my requirement well. However I was sent the wrong product initially, told by the MobileFun employee that I must have a different phone from the one which I have and that the product which had been sent was the correct one. She asked for a photograph to be sent of my phone and the wallet which had been sent. Eventually the correct wallet was sent with no apology for the muddle and it left me feeling very dissatisfied with the customer service of MobileFun. In fact not a very 'fun' first experience of the firm.
