Some while ago my younger daughter bought a long charging cable for my iPhone SE (first edition) which I had found very useful until my darling wife decided to tread on it in spite my efforts to keep it safe! Consequently I decided to replace it with a genuine Apple charging cable. This being the genuine article works perfectly as one would expect and has been pressed into service immediately.
